Vesting & cliff (issuance of S1 tokens)

The S1 tokens you purchase are subject to a fixed issuance schedule (“cliff and vesting”), which supports sustainable and stable development of the ecosystem.

• Cliff: 8 months
  No tokens are paid out during this period.
• Vesting: 21 months
  After the cliff period ends, the tokens are released gradually over 21 months.

During this time, the tokens are securely held with our partner Bitbond in a so-called Token Vesting Collection.
After the respective periods end, the released tokens are transferred to the buyers’ wallets.

This model ensures that all participants are aligned for the long term and focused on the ecosystem’s growth.
